Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed on Oct. 8, 2008 by CHRISCOOKING
I followed this recipe exactly... The soup came out really good but a bit too salty (and I like salty), so next time I will reduce the salt and/or chicken bullion just a bit or just use chicken broth in place of the water and bullion (bullion is much saltier than broth). I think any of those minor changes would leave the soup less salty but still delicious! Also, maybe next time I will try it with bacon instead of ham just for a change. Thanks for a yummy recipe!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Reviewed on Oct. 6, 2008 by CHRISCOOKING
I took this dish to a Potluck and had to pass the recipe out. That is when you know it's really good. I served it with toasted french bread slices and it was one of the few dishes that was gone by the end of the party. I followed the recipe exactly and it was just right, not too spicey. If you prefer more 'heat' add the full 4 oz. can of Jalapenos, it won't hurt it a bit. YUM!! Thanks for a keeper!!!

Salmon Croquettes

Reviewed on Sep. 26, 2008 by nillazilla
My kids aren't fond of salmon patties, but if you roll into stick shapes you can call them fish sticks. I also have a fish shaped cookie cutter, which makes a fun shape for them.
