I am originally from the great state of Louisiana, where the food is one a kind and probably the best on the planet as long as you don't ask what's in it. I am currently in the United States Air Force stationed in Idaho...working my way to my bachelor's in Architecture.

Cream Puffs

These were a hit! I too added almond extract (about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon) to the filling. I drizzled caramel and chocolate on top. Perfect! Thanks for a great and super easy recipe!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed on Oct. 1, 2008 by Gabut
Before making any major modifications I wanted to make this recipe "as is" or well, really close. I found that It was pretty much perfect. There was plenty of moisture. Perhaps those who end up with a dry pie have left the sauce thicken to much. Here are the small changes I made: 2 tsp of Celery salt instead of celery seed and salt, Mixed frozen veggie blend of carrots corn and peas, 2 tbsp of olive oil instead of butter, because those are the things I had on hand. I thought I'd have leftovers....
