Creamy Floret Bake

Reviewed on Sep. 26, 2008 by CHEF MARY
The orange made this dish taste peculiar to my family and myself. If I make it again, I may leave it out. Otherwise, good recipe for using up some vegetables I had laying around the fridge.

Tomato Pork Loin Chops

Reviewed on Sep. 25, 2008 by CHEF MARY
Served with a side of rotini. Added a can of fire-roasted tomatoes for extra sauce. Some strange flavors going on. It was okay, but I wouldn't cook it again.

Best Ever Banana Bread

Reviewed on Sep. 25, 2008 by CHEF MARY
Good but not the "best." It was just a tad too oily for me. I added chocolate chips and they pretty much sunk to the bottom and ended up on the bottom of the pan when the bread was removed. I may use less oil next time, and like one reviewer said, sprinkle the chocolate chips on the top.
